At Uncle Wiener’s Wholesale, we strive to provide the best value on all our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that some specialized or clearance items may be subject to final sale terms.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service department via email or phone with your original order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions for your item.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
